   WHEN : Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of

                the month (excl. December)

​

    TIME : 10.00 a.m.

​

         - The President declares the Meeting open.

               - Secretary and Treasurer present the minutes and

           budget respectively.

​          - Committee Members provide an up date on their

          relevant positions: i.e. Welfare, Outings, etc.

    Followed by Morning Tea.

    Guest Speaker presents on the topic for the day.

     Meeting closes at approx.12.00pm

​​Members are also invited to lunch at

Firestone Kitchen & Bar or Club 240

to continue the social gathering of friendship

after the meeting
